Cavpower Cat is a leading provider of equipment and product support services to various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and determining the scope of work
  • Providing customers with upfront estimates and timelines for service/repairs
  • Scheduling work to maximize labor resources and managing work orders
  • Assisting with the ordering of parts and tools for jobs and monitoring compliance to SHEQ requirements
  • Providing technical assistance to ensure jobs are completed on time
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership qualification or experience leading a small team
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Accurate with a high attention to detail
  • Mechanical trade or aptitude
  • Current driver's license
  • Familiarity with CAT and dealer systems an advantage
