  • Conducting assessments to create personalized rehabilitation strategies
  • Designing and implementing occupation-based programs to improve functional performance and independence
  • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Social Work recognized by the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • A current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
