Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive set of requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and traceable
  • Lead and execute testing of business processes to ensure they meet established requirements and performance criteria
  • Identify and assess risks associated with data and business systems, developing risk mitigation plans and working with stakeholders to ensure successful risk management

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field (mandatory)
  • 6+ years of experience in a data-related role, primarily in an analyst capacity
  • Customer Master Data Management (MDM) experience and strong data mapping skills
  • Proficiency in managing complex requirements through their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, including complex data manipulation, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling
  • Expertise in analyzing intricate business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing optimizations or reengineering strategies
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies for efficient and adaptive project execution
