Member Marketing Specialist Role

This 12-month contract will see you work as part of a dynamic team to deliver marketing campaigns and drive the delivery and optimization of personalized marketing strategies by leveraging data and technology.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the planning and development of marketing plans and strategies targeting members to deepen their relationship with the brand and increase satisfaction
  • Deliver effective, insight-driven, and member-centric marketing campaigns and communication strategies to achieve business outcomes
  • Work with agencies to optimize campaigns and identify potential campaign opportunities
  • Forecast, manage, and reconcile marketing campaign budgets
  • Build valued relationships within the marketing team and business stakeholders
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance and report to relevant business stakeholders
  • Support in designing and executing the longer-term personalized member marketing strategy for retaining members

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications with a marketing major or similar
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office and content management systems
  • Excellent written communication skills including copywriting
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
