As a Customer Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of our mission to delight customers with incredible deals for holidays around the world. You will be working with an exceptionally talented team in Melbourne, collaborating with colleagues who share your passion for customer service and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to high volumes of calls with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintaining flexibility with various shifts available to meet customer needs between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week
  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Travel industry, preferably in customer support/bookings or front office roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and passion for customer service and travel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial but not required
