Job Description:

As a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor, you will provide high-quality stakeholder engagement advice, planning, delivery and review across stakeholder engagement and communications activity.

  • Develop and implement engagement plans to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organize community engagement events, including sourcing quotes, booking venues, website updates, graphic design, printing and distributing.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations for community groups.
  • Plan, coordinate, attend and report on project events.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders. You should be adept at collaboration and influencing others, able to build positive working relationships, and demonstrate resilience and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the project.

  • Assist with contractor management.
  • Manage enquiries and complaints, including interactive online mapping tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments on social media platforms.
