How you'll care

  • Empower residents to make choices and maintain independence by providing support and care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Assist residents throughout the day, identifying changes in preferences, needs, or wellbeing, and seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care, and engage them in lifestyle activities to promote social and emotional support.
  • Contribute to maintaining residents' mobility and assist with meal delivery and preparation.
  • Complete incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health and Safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.

What will you bring

  • Hold a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing.
  • Have experience in a personal care role in aged care, although this is not a requirement.
  • Be committed to a holistic care approach, supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.
