Your Role

You will provide individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care.
  • Providing social and emotional support to residents, including engagement in lifestyle activities.
  • Keeping residents mobile and assisting with meal delivery.
  • Completing incident reports, care documentation, and participating in Work Health and Safety programs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and make a significant difference in our community.

What We Require

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in aged care (desirable).
  • A commitment to holistic care approaches and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.
