About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Team Member, your primary objective will be to manage the sales process for Frame and Truss products from start to finish. You will liaise daily with clients from the Quoting stage through to the delivery of finished goods to building sites.

A proactive approach is encouraged to build strong long-term partnerships with our Building Customers while identifying future opportunities for key areas of the business.

You can expect to work with Microsoft products and Salesforce software, as well as be part of a large team on site in Wacol Brisbane, giving you exposure to the day-to-day operations of Manufacturing and Production Managers, Estimators, Detailers, Sales and Production Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with multiple Stakeholders & Build Long Standing Relationships
  • Build Customer Profiles through our software
  • Project Manage Client Accounts and Identify new business opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly driven individual with an ability to understand quotes and estimates for building materials. You should possess strong time-management skills, excellent customer communication skills both written and verbal, and be able to develop relationships proactively.

Prior experience in a Customer Service environment is advantageous, although not essential. An interest in Construction, Engineering or DIY is beneficial.
