**Senior Property Specialist Role Summary**

At Synergy, we're leading the way in shaping Western Australia's energy future. As a key member of our Technology & Business Services Function, you'll play a vital role in managing and overseeing activities related to our property interests. This newly created opportunity is based at our Perth Head Office site.


As Senior Property Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll provide strategic property advice to internal stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning. Overseeing property portfolio performance, including financial analysis and risk management, is also a key aspect of this role.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic property advice to internal stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning.
  • Oversee property portfolio performance, including financial analysis and risk management.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Property Law, or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years within the property industry or management of a property portfolio.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the property industry and property law.
  • Highly developed commercial and contract negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management & influencing capabilities.
