About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in the In Room Dining area. As an expert in providing exceptional dining experiences, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent dining experiences to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related industry
  • Barista experience highly regarded
  • High tea service experience highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
  • Have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated, and professional in all aspects of working life
