Senior Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a senior software developer to join our team.

The selected candidate will lead the development of experiences at our organization. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance to junior engineers, drive the delivery of high-quality software, and strengthen engineering practices.

  • Write clean, scalable, testable code in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and manage support requests from product delivery teams through to resolution.
  • Develop highly scalable and performant software in alignment with existing frameworks.

As a people manager, you will also be responsible for growing team member capabilities through coaching efforts, leading the wellbeing of the team by fostering safety, inclusivity, diversity, and engagement, and leading recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience developing accessible applications according to guidelines.
  • Familiarity with semantic versioning and package publishing practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing well-tested, readable software using secure coding practices.
