About The Role
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Maitland and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for those seeking a full-time role, but part-time opportunities are also available.
Your Everyday
- As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- You will utilise an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
- You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends.
- You will attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
- You will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
