The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology, SPA registration, and a positive approach to work. Strong communication skills and a commitment to personal and professional development are essential for this role.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
This full-time position involves working with diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. You will utilise evidence-based measurement tools and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will:
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
- Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact and collaboration
- Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor
