Job Title: Hospital Food Services Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Hospital Food Services Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is looking to be part of a dynamic team environment.

In this role, you will assist in the preparation of food trays for patient consumption, deliver, serve, and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays in accordance with established meal schedules. You will also assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly, clean and sanitize food service equipment in accordance with hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements
  • Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (working towards or willing to attain)
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early / late shifts & weekend work
