Interior Design Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Interior Design Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting our experienced designers in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist designers in coordinating front-of-house tasks, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by consulting with customers in our showroom, informing them about our design process, and handling inquiries from social media channels.
  • Manage phone enquiries, qualify leads for our Design Team, and control showroom tidiness.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers, process orders, and manage deliveries and distribution.
  • Liaise with site supervisors, prepare site packages, and perform general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality and dynamic professional attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal efficiently with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $49,900.00 - $83,768.29 per year.
  • 8 hour shift schedule.
