Health Promotion Specialist

We offer a range of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory to inpatient and home-based services. We work closely with local communities to provide clinical and health promotion services.
Our team is dedicated to delivering best practice integrated health promotion across various settings, including community, centre and home.
The position involves implementing and evaluating evidence-based health promotion activities, working closely with our Health Promotion Coordinator.
Key Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Health Promotion or related field.
- Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion activities.
- Strong relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
