Job Title: Retail Beauty Advisor - PPT Bondi Junction

At Clinique, we are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Beauty Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the retail beauty industry.

As a Retail Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering personalized beauty experiences to our clients. You will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide inspiring and authentic customer service, ensuring that every client has a unique and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Clinique products and services, and make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new skills and knowledge through regular training and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous retail industry or guest services experience, preferably within the beauty sector. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
