Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. This role plays a critical part in overseeing and maintaining asset management systems to track, record, and control company assets.

The Asset Management Professional is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy for equipment, tools, and asset movements.

  • Manage and maintain Hardcat and One-Key Asset Management Systems
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, including equipment, tools, repairs, and calibrations
  • Record new assets, asset movements, and equipment status (RFS/OOS)
  • Request and track repairs, calibration, testing, and tagging requirements
  • Report on lost, missing, or damaged equipment
  • Ensure accuracy of data, including naming conventions and asset IDs, and update/remove obsolete records

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate-advanced level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated and organized
