Job Title: Delivery Process Leader

Are you a skilled leader who excels in fast-paced environments and thrives on complex challenges?

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Process Leader to oversee daily logistics operations, drive process improvements, ensure safety and compliance, and lead high-performing teams.

  • Manage and develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports.
  • Proxy duties for the Site Lead.
  • Review operational forecasts and determine productivity requirements for delivery stations.
  • Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and delivery service providers.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
  • Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and put in place actions to improve operational excellence.
  • Manage resource plans and oversee shifts patterns managed by direct reports, including hours booking and staff holiday management.

A day in this role will involve inspiring leadership within our delivery stations, working to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes. You'll ensure that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met.
