Our Workforce Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Workforce Analyst. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our service delivery model.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in delivering beautiful experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, tracking customer demand trends, identifying opportunities for service level improvement, and driving strategic objectives forward.
The Team
Our customer experience team is comprised of specialists from around the world, working together to provide 24/7 support to our users. We aim to deliver exceptional support that makes it easy for our customers to see the value in our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Support intraday delivery and resource queue management by analysing data and providing recommendations on potential solutions.
- Analyse customer query trends, work with other teams to drive improvements, and offer insights on how to enhance our services.
- Collaborate with analysts, managers, and leaders to address changes or opportunities and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Proactively understand customer demand vs capacity analysis and raise concerns where SLAs may be at risk.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure planning optimisation.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of workforce analysis or intraday delivery experience in a contact centre/customer support environment or similar.
- Forecasting and demand management experience using workforce management software.
- Salesforce experience is beneficial.
- Finance, accounting, or bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
- Diligence and commitment to resolving problems.
- Initiative and self-management skills, along with flexibility.
- Ability to work efficiently within agreed timeframes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
