- Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our technology offerings, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cost Management: Monitor and manage technology costs, ensuring efficient use of resources while staying within budgetary constraints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into actionable insights and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize existing systems, and drive innovation to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in managing network infrastructure, security, access control, and cloud services, particularly AWS (EC2, S3) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to develop and lead a technical team, with a track record of building cohesive and high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability to shape technology strategy and drive improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
- Cost Management: Experience in managing technology budgets and optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations is a plus.
