Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Strategy Lead to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-impact programs where innovation and scalability are at the core.

  • Create detailed technical architecture plans that align with business objectives and guide cross-functional teams in their execution.
  • Review and provide direction on technical deliverables, ensuring best practices in Apex, LWC, and data model design.
  • Optimize and simplify Salesforce implementations (Apex reduction, UI improvements, data model optimization).

This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise in Lightning development and strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and LWR sites.

  • Design end-to-end solutions, including Salesforce + MuleSoft/integration platforms.
  • Lead initiatives around AI on Salesforce (Generative, Agentic, and Predictive AI), including hackathons and proof-of-concepts.
