Project Overview

Luxoft is undertaking a major transformation program in its Core Banking and Lending Origination stream. The project aims to identify the current landscape of its Lending platform across various brands and business units, and provide recommendations on how to consolidate and simplify operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in consultative and professional ways to identify problems and define, design, and deliver solutions.
  2. Partner as a trusted adviser to drive business strategies and help meet goals.
  3. Support solution design for clients by facilitating workshops, gathering, and validating requirements.
  4. Demonstrate experience in working closely with multiple teams across various business units with a strong focus on engagement.
  5. Utilize business metrics to manage operations and drive efficiency.
  6. Demonstrate experience in relationship management for internal stakeholders.
  7. Drive business decision-making regarding scope prioritization.
  8. Proactively engage with other teams to clarify and understand business needs and opportunities, analyze and define requirements, and then investigate, recommend, and implement appropriate solutions.
  9. Apply analytical and conceptual thinking to design, recommend, and implement new approaches for, or enhancements to, existing business and systems requirements.
  10. Translate business needs into requirements, proposed solutions, and agree on delivery with management and external vendors.
  11. Review and approve functional specifications provided by external vendors to meet documented and agreed business and systems requirements, ensuring they meet the standards supporting subsequent phases of system development.
  12. Organize resources and assist them in preparing and executing quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs.
  13. Work with other teams to organize the implementation of the business solution or assist the Release Manager in this activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial industry.
  • Implementation experience in Retail lending and deposits products within AA framework is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking Application.
  • Proven and strong background and experience in Temenos T24.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, with a preference for experience with Temenos products.
