Electrical Engineer Position

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work as an Electrical Engineer with a leading consulting and engineering company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical designs for utility-scale PV solar and BESS projects
  • Lead the development of single lines, site layouts, cable routing, trenching, grounding, equipment installation, wiring diagrams, fiber topologies, met tower details, and crossing exhibits
  • Collaborate with civil and structural teams to integrate electrical design with site access, equipment placement, structural supports, and foundation requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Five or more years of experience in renewable energy or utility projects
  • Experience mentoring other employees and providing technical guidance
  • Strong understanding of electrical theory and concepts, including load flow, short circuit, grounding, cable ampacity, and energy loss
