Electrical Engineer Position

An electrical engineer with a focus on power generation and delivery services will play a key role in supporting project teams by leading various design components on individual projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing core responsibilities outlined below, including:

  • Developing and optimizing photovoltaic layouts and medium-voltage routing based on site constraints to ensure efficient energy production.
  • Executing and reviewing engineering calculations to guarantee compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Specifying equipment and preparing bill of materials for photovoltaic/battery energy storage systems.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution and five or more years of experience in renewable energy or utility projects. Additionally, the candidate should have experience mentoring other employees and a good understanding of utility-scale engineering transmission and distribution theories and principles.
