Job Opportunity: Asset Management Leader

In a pivotal role, you will spearhead transformative change and guide government agencies towards world-class asset management. As an Asset Management Leader, you will drive the uplift of agency asset management capabilities and collaborate on strategies to achieve enhanced asset management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead asset management assurance review activities assessing agency asset management frameworks and portfolio performance.
  2. Drive implementation of asset management best practices, enhancing agency asset management capabilities.
  3. Collaborate on strategy development, program execution, and policy formulation to achieve superior asset management results.
  4. Analyse and report on asset portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Engage with government agencies to understand their asset challenges and opportunities.
  6. Provide high-quality advice to government agencies and stakeholders.
  7. Lead, motivate, and mentor your team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Required Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in infrastructure-related disciplines such as engineering, commerce, finance, or public policy.
  • Deep expertise in asset management, ISO 55001, and/or public sector asset management policy.
  • Experience in developing asset management processes and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in complex environments.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
