Customer Service Role

This is a job opportunity for a professional to join our relief team in the Newcastle area, supporting surrounding branches.

As a customer service representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing holistic solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking and financial advice.
  • Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
  • Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
  • Offer options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Solve problems and provide effective solutions while championing our processes, procedures and risk-adverse culture.

You will work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment where you will see the big picture for customers and provide them with tailored solutions.

We are interested in hearing from people who have proven experience delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
