Advanced Field Maintenance Technician

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of advanced road safety systems across metropolitan and regional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and perform preventative and remedial maintenance on road safety technology in accordance with established protocols.
  • Provide technical support for a range of complex hardware and software solutions, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in the field and remotely.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware componentry and supporting software platforms to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, documentation, and reports to meet compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex hardware and software systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of network configuration (LAN/WAN), cabling, and equipment installation principles.
  • Accreditation in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform is highly desirable.
  • Construction Safety Card is also preferred.
  • A full, unrestricted, valid Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
