Job Title: Data-Driven Road Safety Specialist

You will be responsible for driving impactful decisions with data and research, creating outcomes that have a real impact on road safety.

About the Role

As a Data-Driven Road Safety Specialist, you'll work in a high-performing team that delivers programs and maintains policies and frameworks targeted towards behavioural road safety.

This role is responsible for providing research and analysis on a range of issues associated with road user and community attitudes and behaviours towards road safety to inform policy development and other initiatives designed to influence and change driver behaviour and improve road safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing research and analysis on issues related to road user and community attitudes and behaviours towards road safety
  • Informing policy development and other initiatives to improve road safety
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing large-scale projects and programs with a focus on road safety outcomes
About You

You will require tertiary qualifications in research or behavioural science, public policy or relevant equivalent experience.

You are passionate about road safety and driven by contributing to the goals of reducing road fatalities.

You excel at managing your own time effectively and are comfortable managing large-scale programs and projects.

Your strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills make collaboration with stakeholders critical.
