Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Stride's services and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations Managers to identify local marketing needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure brand representation at headspace sites and local events is professional, consistent, and in line with Stride's brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media and service materials.
  • Support the Marketing team with fundraising campaigns, including donor engagement and communications.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on internal communications and relationships.
  • Previous experience in developing, managing, and implementing marketing and communications plans and collateral.
  • Hands-on with a collaborative approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and content creation experience.
  • Fluent use of Adobe Creative Cloud suite and MailChimp, with exposure to WordPress CMS and CRM systems.
