Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with followers, monitor trends, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing & Newsletters: Create compelling content for monthly and weekly newsletters, design visually appealing templates, and track performance metrics.
  • Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, infographics, and other promotional materials using Canva.
  • Video Content Creation: Plan and storyboard short, engaging videos for social media, promotional use, and campaigns.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Administrative Support: Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Mailchimp.
  • Experience with Canva or other graphic design software.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing, design, or communications role.
  • Familiarity with email marketing metrics, social media analytics, and reporting.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign planning.
