Project Delivery Lead - Complex Engineering Projects
,About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. They will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project scope, cost, and schedule.
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure processes.
- Develop and implement project management plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
The Project Delivery Lead will have the following key responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering & assurance, interface management, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
