About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers. You will also liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify RTW barriers and develop effective solutions
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and employers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce

Requirements:

  • Australian recognized degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
