Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers. You will also liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and monitoring exercise programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce. You will also teach, coach, and motivate clients to facilitate self-management of exercise and healthy lifestyle, using models of behaviour change, scientific evidence, and clinical reasoning.

What You'll Bring- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organisation and time management skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver's Licence and own and maintain a road worthy, comprehensively insured motor vehicle
- Qualifications & registration in any of the following:
- Exercise Physiology
- Full and current registration in / with ESSA is essential
