Clinical Educator- Acute Care Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Educator in Acute Care, where you will play a vital role in delivering world-class education for our products.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in clinical education and a passion for helping others. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating educational programs for various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and medical teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational content and training programs for identified stakeholders.
  • Support field personnel in providing exceptional customer service and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and regional sales teams to promote customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Maintain awareness of market developments and work closely with customers and staff to monitor education needs and skills.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant years of experience.
  • Experience in a clinical setting or within the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and have a valid driver's license.
