The Role

This is a 12 month full-time maximum term position responsible for driving transformational change, focusing on service design and growth strategy development, commercial sector review, segmentation strategies and digital channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and develop service design and underpinning growth strategy logic.
  • Develop and implement strategic growth strategies by segment, income category and geographical participation.
  • Conduct strategic reviews of commercial sectors presenting best outcomes for operations.
  • Select appropriate commercial targets aligned with our Marketing and Brand strategy.
  • Develop segmentation strategies including marketing campaigns and collateral by segments.
  • Develop digital channel strategies and e-commerce models.
  • Review and develop robust, agile and market responsive commercial pricing and contracts models.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role you will need strong commercial experience in diverse operational models with dispersed geographical footprints. You should have:

  • Ability to develop and implement project initiatives for growth and market leadership.
  • Experience working in an agile model.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration and drive change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in analysing data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
