We're seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering major projects across various sectors.

This is a great opportunity to combine your project coordination skills with strong commercial acumen — working on exciting projects, reviewing tenders and quotes, and ensuring best-in-class outcomes for clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project delivery from start to finish
  • Review tenders, supplier quotes, and contract documents to ensure compliance, competitiveness, and value for money
  • Work closely with senior leadership on commercial and contractual decisions
  • Maintain and monitor schedules and budgets, track progress, and prepare project reports
  • Prepare and record variations and work completion forms
  • Monitor and record variances in contract progress and schedules

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience in project coordination/management in various sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in project review, analysis, and contract administration
  • Strong financial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and assess value-for-money
  • Proficiency in project management and financial tracking tools
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of WHS and QA processes

Bonus points if you have:

  • Tertiary or certificate level qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Tender Preparation or Contract negotiation experience with suppliers and subcontractors
