Pet Care Specialist

At our organization, we provide vital services to families that help them celebrate the lives of their loved ones.

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Pet Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work with deceased pets and their owners in a professional and respectful manner.

This is a casual position, which means you will have flexibility in your schedule. You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients during a difficult time
  2. Managing client inquiries and coordinating information between teams for smooth service delivery
  3. Assisting clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professionalism and empathy
  4. Preparing viewing rooms to high standards
  5. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

You will have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude under pressure.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft suite experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a clean and tidy environment
  • Ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
