Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating with medical staff onsite and offsite
- Responding to customer inquiries, coordinating courier and medical centre collections, and assisting with pathology results
- Performing general administrative duties
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to departmental policies and procedures
- Liaising with laboratory staff and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
- Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Excellent typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
- A willingness to adhere to organisational policies and procedures
- Strong time management, organisational, and customer focus skills
- Excellent telephone manner and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
