Job Title: Embedded Service Technician

As an embedded service technician, you will be responsible for helping clients install, repair, and maintain processing and packaging automatic and semi-automatic equipment. Your strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment will be valuable assets in this role.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with a passion for technical work and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment
  • Providing service and customer support during field visits
  • Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Producing detailed service reports
  • Documenting processes
  • Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner
  • Following company procedures and protocols
  • Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization
  • Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications
  • Building positive relationships with customers
  • Working with products that cannot be easily transported because of their size or link to other systems.
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
  • Strong track record in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Good problem-solving skills
