**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and troubleshooting of equipment for our customers in NSW.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality installations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will work closely with internal teams to manage service requests, coordinate project timelines, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, plumbing, or mechanical trade, as well as previous technical project management experience. A hands-on approach to service delivery and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the installation of our Institutional equipment in partnership with internal and external installation teams.
  • Complete pre-installation surveys and determine project costs and Bill of Material lists for project planning.
  • Provide training to internal Territory Managers & Customers on newly installed systems.
  • Provide escalated technical support, across the servicing and maintenance of our equipment and software.

Requirements:

  • A background in electrical work, plumbing, or mechanical trade would be advantageous.
  • Previous technical project management experience.
  • A hands-on approach to service delivery.
  • Possess high level of communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
