About this role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced windows sales professional to join our team in South Brisbane. As a sales hunter within our Windows Division, you will prospect new trade and retail customers while supporting our existing territory customer base.

You will primarily work on the road, strategically canvassing new windows and door business opportunities by targeting new customers, measuring, promoting, quoting, and following up on quote leads and enquiries from retail customers for our windows and doors products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail and trade customers
  • Strategically execute business development initiatives to generate sales leads and achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Manage contacts through sales databases
  • Assess and measure job projects
  • Prepare selling activity reports

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in window sales or similar building products.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to build positive relationships and negotiate deals
  • Self-motivation, results focus, and a strong service ethos
  • Experience working with architects and builders, and knowledge of the building process
  • Strong people skills with the ability to liaise with various individuals at different levels
  • Understanding of technical product requirements
  • Ability to use CRM systems for sales planning and customer records
