As a Practice Leader, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Driving decision-making processes and supporting culturally responsive casework.
- Strengthening cultural competence within our teams through best practice approaches.
- Mentoring staff in evidence-informed methodologies and culturally appropriate practice.
- Ensuring collaborative and accountable case management that respects the culture and circumstances of each child, young person, family, carers and partner agencies.
- Implementing professional development opportunities for team members, including group supervision, reflective practice sessions, and regular debriefing.
The successful applicant will possess relevant qualifications, a valid NSW Working with Children Check, Drivers Licence, first aid & CPR certificate, and be willing to undertake a pre-employment functional medical and National Police Check.
