The Role

We seek a highly experienced Urban Planning Expert to join our team and contribute to multidisciplinary projects with economists, heritage planners, urban designers, social planners, and transport planners.

  • Contribute to strategic project development through collaborative teamwork and expert advice on urban planning matters.
  • Develop client relationships through trust-building and effective communication strategies.
  • Prepare high-quality submissions, proposals, and advice that meet client needs.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, including project scoping and costing.
  • Cochain and develop team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and business planning processes.

About You:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Urban Planning.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of statutory and strategic planning legislation.
  • Display a keen understanding of land use and development impacts.
