Senior Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead to join our Urban Development team. This role will lead the delivery of large-scale urban development projects, with a focus on industrial urban regeneration, residential greenfield, roads, public infrastructure and water projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully leading projects from planning through to completion, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in civil engineering. They will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-side project management through construction phase experience
  • Construction delivery experience (project verification, construction phase services, site inspections, superintendent)
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and standards are met
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
