Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in delivering high-quality speech pathology services to participants in the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in speech pathology and a passion for working in the disability sector. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Deliver speech pathology services in various settings, including schools, homes, and the community
  • Conduct clinical observations, assessments, and interpret findings to develop individualised treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Proactive attitude, motivated by continuous improvement and the opportunity to learn from new ideas
  • Passion for working in the disability sector
