As a senior Fire Engineering professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client-facing project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Driving business development initiatives to identify and pursue new project opportunities and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Managing internal design teams and overseeing engineering assessments across complex projects.
  • Representing the organization in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings.
  • Delivering technically sound and innovative Fire designs, reports, and specifications across various sectors.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in design consultancy with strong client engagement and project leadership skills.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent.
  • Accreditation in NSW (Certifier - Fire Safety).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for building client relationships and growing business pipelines.
  • High-level technical expertise in fire safety design, analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
