Seeking an accomplished Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction process, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in project administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project finances, including budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, financial reports, and quality control checklists.
Requirements:
  • Building qualifications or trade background, preferably in carpentry or site management.
  • Proven experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and MS Project.
