Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

  • Specialise in architectural residential new builds, renovations and extensions, and commercial new builds and fit outs.
  • Projects range in value from $2m to $15m.
  • Have been in business for over 20 years.
  • Office based in South West Sydney - Liverpool.

About The Project Manager job role

  • Project planning and programming.
  • Procurement.
  • Project administration.
  • Use of Procore and MS Project.
  • Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super.

Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy

  • Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager).
  • Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Good client facing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
  • Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
  • Good level of IT literacy.
